What You’ll Do As our Growth Marketing Associate, you'll help us bring WORK-SELF to life in the world by: • Leading weekly email marketing campaigns (especially our Rituals for Reinvention program), • Managing our social channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, and eventually TikTok), • Aggressive prospecting and target audiences contact lists assembly, proficiency with automated marketing tools and systems, • Building and testing landing pages for product launches and community growth, • Co-creating with our founder and brand team on new content, prompts, and visual assets, • Interviewing users and customers to find insights and surface their voices, • Helping shape the go-to-market strategy for our Career OS, Residency, and Ritual Kits, • Running small experiments (from paid media to community referrals) to find signal in the noise What We’re Looking For We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all resumes.
