About the Role As an SEN Teacher, you will lead a small, highly supported class of learners with diverse communication, emotional, sensory and academic needs. You will plan structured, differentiated lessons that promote engagement, regulation, and independence—while ensuring every pupil feels valued, understood, and safe. You will play a key part in shaping holistic development, celebrating small wins, and supporting pupils to build the confidence and skills they need for life.
