We are seeking an experienced and qualified teacher (QTS or QTLS) who can make a significant contribution to the school. Lead in a particular curriculum area and develop engaging learning experiences for pupils Take a creative approach to teaching according to pupils’ educational needs Work collaboratively with support staff to ensure pupils receive the assistance they need Provide feedback to SLT, parents, and carers to track and enhance pupil progress Support pupils who may display challenging behaviours due to their additional needs Promote the school’s vision and values while contributing to the development of a positive learning environment This role is ideal for ambitious teachers seeking opportunities to grow Previous experience teaching in an SEN school or extensive experience working with pupils with complex additional needs UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS) At Hillingdon Manor Secondary School, we provide specialist education for c185 pupils, aged between 11-19 years old.
