Job Title: Primary Teacher Location: Park School, Chipping Norton, OX7 5QH Salary: £39,000 – £43,000 per annum dependent on experience and qualifications (not pro rata) Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday Contract: Permanent, Term-Time Only Start: November 2025 UK applicants only. As part of our supportive, multidisciplinary team, you’ll have the freedom and flexibility to tailor your teaching to each child’s individual needs, helping them develop confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning. Key Responsibilities • Teach small, focused classes, adapting lessons to meet each pupil’s unique learning style and needs., • Create engaging, inclusive learning experiences that encourage curiosity and confidence., • Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and pastoral colleagues., • Nurture pupils’ academic, social, emotional, and personal development holistically., • Promote a safe, respectful, and positive environment where every child feels valued., • Support pupils in developing essential life skills and independence., • Encourage pupil participation and ownership of their learning journey., • Maintain excellent safeguarding standards and prioritise pupil wellbeing., • Track and assess progress effectively, adapting strategies as needed., • A degree-level qualification, • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), • A creative, flexible, and resilient approach to teaching, • A genuine passion for supporting children with additional or complex needs, • Strong teamwork and communication skills About us Park School is an independent specialist day school for boys and girls aged from 7 to 18, catering for pupils with a wide range of social, emotional and mental health needs.
