My client is looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to be based across a portfolio of some of central London’s finest serviced offices. Responsible for maintaining a safe and suitable workplace environment completing client maintenance issues as required. The job is based near Hammersmith Train Station, London W6 9YA. Working Monday – Friday 08.00 – 17.00, £16.50 PAYE - £20.00 Limited Job Duties The Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer will carry out reactive repairs to M&E systems and equipment (including plumbing) and also carry out a preventative maintenance program on a variety of mechanical and electrical equipment. The Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer will carry out any other reasonable requirements to normal building maintenance expectations. JOB REQUIREMENTS The Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer job would suit someone who has worked previously in a similar position as a Maintenance Handyman, Multi Skilled Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Fabric Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Technician or Shift Maintenance Engineer would be suitable for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer job. Requirements: A degree, HNC, HND, City & Guilds or NVQ (Level 3) preferred Experience using CAFM systems (desirable) Valid Driving licence. Must be eligible to work in the UK. Excellent communication skills IT literate, email, and word. Experience working within electrical engineering/ facilities maintenance field. Experience working to service level agreements.
