Maintain accurate and detailed records of case progress and communications with clients. Requirements: Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience in private immigration. You must have the ability to undertake work in immigration from taking instructions to completing application. We do not expect you to have working knowledge of appeal work. Strong knowledge of immigration procedure rules and relevant laws. Excellent analytical, research, and drafting skills. Proven track record of successfully handling a variety of cases.
