Responsibilities: - Greet customers as they enter the shop and provide assistance as needed - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints -To maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and food storage areas at all times, in accordance with the appropriate Food Hygiene Regulations. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations at the front end - Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure the safety of our customers -Ensuring that surrounding areas are clean and perfect to receive walk-in customers. -To assist with food & beverage preparation for delivery.(Just Eat, Deliveroo, Uber Eats) Qualifications: - Previous experience in bartending, food service, or hospitality is preferred - Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus - Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner - Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Willingness to learn and adapt to changing job responsibilities Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and occasional lifting of heavy items.
