The responsibilities of the Pastry Chef De Partie are: - To supervise, assist and co-ordinates all preparation/presentation - To assist in overseeing the pastry kitchen through both lunch and dinner The Experience & Qualifications required as Pastry Chef De Partie are: - Previous experience in a similar position is essential. - Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private member’s club advantageous Working hours: - The working hours for this role are on a rota basis, 7 shifts a week.
