We specialise in Media Planning & Buying, Paid Digital Strategy, and Print Production & Distribution. Our clients include festival promoters, record labels, museums, galleries and cultural venues. In 2025 alone we’ve worked with brands such as Live Nation, Ambassador Theatre Group, Pitchfork London, FORM Presents, Manchester Psych Festival, Brighton Centre, Brighton Festival, Brudenell Social Club, The Great Escape Festival, Brighton and Hove Museums Trust, Kew Gardens Wakehurst, Brighton Fringe, Goodwood Art Foundation, Charleston Trust, AWAL Recordings, Fiction, Universal Music Group, Warp Records and London Jazz Festival. As our digital work continues to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen the delivery and operational excellence of our paid media campaigns. The Role This is a hands-on paid media role for someone confident managing campaigns end-to-end across multiple platforms. You will work closely with our Head of Digital Strategy and wider media team to translate campaign strategies into well-built, well-managed paid media campaigns. You will also play an important role in maintaining high delivery standards across the digital team, supporting junior colleagues and helping ensure campaigns are structured, launched and optimised correctly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both running campaigns and improving how campaigns are delivered within a growing agency team. Key Responsibilities · Plan, build and manage paid media campaigns across platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, X (Twitter) and Reddit · Translate campaign briefs and media plans into well-structured campaign builds and platform setups · Manage campaign launches, pacing and optimisation to ensure campaigns perform against client objectives · Accurately manage campaign budgets and track spend across multiple campaigns · Implement and maintain conversion tracking and tagging, ensuring campaign measurement is reliable · Monitor campaign performance and carry out ongoing optimisation and testing · Build and maintain clean campaign structures, naming conventions and QA processes across all paid media platforms · Work closely with the strategy and planning team to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly and on schedule · Support the production of campaign performance reports, analysing results and identifying insights · Provide guidance and support to junior digital executives, helping develop their campaign management skills Platform Experience • Strong hands-on experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display & YouTube), • Experience running campaigns on TikTok Ads, X (Twitter) Ads and Reddit Ads, • Familiarity with programmatic display advertising is advantageous, • Experience running digital audio campaigns (Spotify, podcast networks or programmatic audio) is a bonus About You • 3–5 years experience in paid digital marketing, ideally within an agency or media buying environment • Strong hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, • Confident running campaigns from setup through optimisation and reporting, • Solid understanding of conversion tracking, campaign structure and performance metrics, • Strong attention to detail when managing budgets, campaign builds and reporting data, • Highly organised and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, • Comfortable working collaboratively with strategists, planners and client teams, • Able to spot potential campaign issues early and ensure campaigns launch correctly, • Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members is a bonus, • Interest in music, arts and cultural sectors is highly desirable What Success Looks Like in This Role Within the first 3-6 months you will: • Confidently manage multiple paid media campaigns across Meta, Google and other platforms, • Ensure campaigns are launched on time, correctly structured and accurately tracked, • Maintain clean campaign structures, naming conventions and clear reporting standards, • Spot performance issues early and proactively optimise campaigns, • Help improve delivery processes within the digital team, • Support and guide junior team members in building and managing campaigns, • Contribute to consistently strong campaign performance and reliable client delivery Example Campaigns You’ll Work On • Paid media campaigns driving ticket sales for major UK festivals and live music events, • Multi-platform digital campaigns promoting theatre productions, cultural institutions and arts festivals • Audience growth and engagement campaigns for record labels and music releases, • Awareness and visitor campaigns for museums, galleries and cultural venues, • Integrated campaigns combining paid social, search, display and digital audio advertising Why Join Us • Work on campaigns for some of the UK’s most exciting music, arts and cultural brands, • Play an important role in growing and shaping our digital offering, • Join a collaborative Brighton-based agency, • Opportunity to help build and develop a high-performing digital team To apply, please send your CV an cover letter, explaining why you would be perfect for the role - to We can't wait to hear from you!
