Care assistant/support worker requirements: • Show good Communication skills. • Be friendly and supportive towards vulnerable adults. • No previous experience is required as full training will be provided. • Be reliable and flexible. • Show initiative and the ability to perform under pressure. • A can-do-attitude. • Cooperation and collaboration- must be able to work well in a team.
