As part of their high-end hair clinic in Central London, they are expanding their offering by introducing supplements and products to offer their clients. Specialising in surgical and non-surgical procedures, they have a complete range of proven solutions for individuals worldwide, including celebrities and world leaders. They are looking for someone to support their CEO with her appointments, day-to-day operations and events. Responsibilities: Efficiently organize and manage daily agenda and appointments: Maintain an organized schedule for key stakeholders. Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Handle incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally: Respond to inquiries and communications in a timely and courteous manner. Filter and redirect calls and emails to the appropriate personnel. Perform basic accounting and administrative tasks: Assist in basic financial tasks and record-keeping. Support administrative functions as needed to ensure smooth operations. Take initiative and demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset: Proactively identify and address challenges. Contribute ideas for process improvement and efficiency. Qualifications: Experience in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years. Excellent organisational skills.
