We are looking for Full Time Personal Assistants in London for a service company in the fashion industry LOCATION: The workplace will be at post code N4 1EY The role is Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM including Saturday sometimes. SALARY: £28,000 per annum plus event bonuses JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Intermediate level English, - Easy experience - Knowledge of navigation on a smartphone/tablet, computer. - Excel is required. - Be flexible with time. - With a pleasant physical appearance. - Ability to travel Europe-UK at short notice is a must. PA TO THE GENERAL MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES: -Manage day-to-day operations, communicate effectively with clients via email and phone. -Invoicing, quotes, data entry including booking retention management. -Assistance in the management of events both nationally and internationally. -No experience required, but some Excel experience is required, including social media. -Ability to travel abroad at short notice is a must. The average time abroad in the next 12 months is about 1 week per month. -Direct contract with the employer company.
