Responsibilities: • Operate the weighbridge and accurately record weights of incoming and outgoing vehicles and paying out customers, • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and generate reports as needed, • Provide excellent customer service to drivers and visitors, • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, taking phone calls, • Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required, • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively, • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in this is a must., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • strong organizational and time management skills
