We are on a look out for a skilled CDP to join our well known restaurant The Counter. Main responsibilities 1. Assist the Head Chef in preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes according to the restaurant’s standards. 2. Oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes are prepared efficiently and to the highest standards of taste and presentation. 3. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation during service periods. 4. Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed. 5. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards. 6. Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients and supplies as necessary. 7.
