Duties & Responsibilities Assist the Sous Chef in the daily running of the Kitchen To be able to run all sections in our busy kitchen To ensure food is prepared and cooked to our high standard at all times Ensure dishes are served within our execution times without exception To offer training and support to junior colleagues To organise Junior colleagues and kitchen support colleagues with daily job lists Be able to stay claim in a busy kitchen with multiple orders being sent together Must be a good communication skills with both kitchen colleagues and front of house colleagues Ensure that Alert65 platform is filled out daily and that all colleagues are following food safety rules.
