We are looking for an experienced, proactive Office Manager/Bookkeeper who is experienced in SAGE 50c Professional, for our office at 142 Johnson Street, UB2 5FD - 10 min. bus ride from Southall Station (Elizabeth Line). SAGE experience is a must and spoken Greek language. Duties: - Ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations - PA duties if needed - Prepare and analyse financial statements in accordance with accounting principles - Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data for reporting to the director - Bookkeeping for a wholesaler - stock control, purchase orders, sales order in SAGE 50 - Invoices and cashflow supervision Requirements: - Willing to travel or relocate - Proven experience as an Office Manager preferably with bookkeeping duties - Proficient in SAGE 50 and Microsoft Office - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Flexible and hardworking Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From £24,000.00 to £31,000.00 per year Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Possible overtime Experience: Office Management: (required) Bookkeeping: (required) Language: Greek (required) Work Location: In person Job Type: Full-time Pay: £24,000.00-£31,000.00 per year Benefits: Casual dress Free parking Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
