Requirements: • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Pastry Chef, including experience managing a team of 10 or more. • Strong knowledge of baking techniques and the pastry-making process. • Proficient in health and safety standards, as well as food preparation and nutrition. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining high quality standards. • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
