Maverick Lounge is looking for a talented and experienced waiter/waitress who can deliver excellent customer service and provide a great dining experience for our guests. The role will include a range of responsibilities that require a friendly attitude, positive work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team. Duties: • Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently • Serve food and drinks that come out of the kitchen promptly • Clear tables and count payments while providing excellent customer service • Clean and sanitize the lounge area during service and at close Skills and Qualifications: • Previous experience in a similar customer service role is required • Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is highly desirable • Ability to work with customers in a friendly and efficient manner • Must be able to deal with difficult customers and provide solutions that satisfy their needs • Ability to perform routine cleaning tasks while maintaining a safe work environment • Good attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team This is a full-time or part-time position that is perfect for someone seeking a role in the hospitality industry.
