1st Healthcare Group is looking to recruit a Domiciliary Care Coordinator working initially 25 hours per week on a rota basis. The role is both office and field based (to supervise carers) Location: Ramsey/ Cambridgeshire area Responsibilities: · Ensuring that the staff deliver high-quality and personalised care to patients . Allocation of staff rota and making sure payroll information is sent in a timely manner to the appropriate team · Managing budgets and ensuring the financial effectiveness of medical care settings · Working with our HR partners to recruit, train and supervise staff and communicating the needs of clients to carers · Ensuring health and safety compliance . Assessment of carers . Sourcing for new contracts/ new clients . Dealing with client/ staff complaints/ enquiries . Assisting the Registered Manager with CQC inspections and enquiries · Liaising with local community organisations and maintaining good relationships with stakeholders · Ensuring that all activities such as personal care and medication administration meet the required standards · Preparing reports related to the progress of clients · Planning and utilising resources and staying updated with the clinical knowledge to ensure that clients receive the best care Qualifications: Minimum 2 years eexperience in Homecare/ Domiciliary setting · QCF level 3 and above or working towards preferred Essential Able to multi-task and prioritise. workload Clear and concise communicator with excellent listening skills along with good spoken and written English The ability to maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times Good computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Knowledge of safeguarding of adult and children · - Candidate MUST be a driver Desirable · Knowledge of either Birdie, Nourish, BreatheHR, Quickbooks systems would be an advantage *Knowledge of Go Cardless · Working with both children and adults Start Date: ASAP £12.50 per hour

Requirements: - Successful experience in brand marketing strategy, communications, media, and content production - Excellent copywriting ability, able to write original and engaging copy on a range of topics - The ability to learn quickly and have a keen focus on detail - Strong stakeholder management/relationship building skills - Commercially astute and able to represent business at a senior level - Experience working with and influencing multiple stakeholders to deliver projects under tight deadlines - Ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and intent levels - Ability to edit website and launch landing pages through knowledge of CSM platforms
