We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team at Fable Stores Loughton. The ideal candidate will have strong coffee-making skills, excellent customer service, and a professional, positive attitude. This is a full-time position, and flexible availability is required. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso-based drinks to our standards Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee and front-of-house areas Operate coffee machines and equipment safely and confidently Assist with daily opening and closing duties Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality Support the team and contribute to a positive working environment Requirements: Previous experience as a Barista is essential Strong knowledge of espresso preparation and milk steaming Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and professional Flexible availability, including weekends We are looking for someone who is passionate about coffee, takes pride in their work, and enjoys being part of a team.
