We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our client, a very well established Italian restaurant in Kensington and Chelsea. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The Head Chef supervises the food prep and cooking, maintaining a fully stocked kitchen inventory and complying with safety and cleanliness standards. To be successful in this role, you should be able to manage the kitchen staff and guide them to deliver quality food on time. Responsibilities: Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food orders and quality check Supervise food prep and cooking Check food plating and temperature and quality freshness Establish portion sizes Schedule kitchen staff shifts Order food supplies and kitchen equipment, under supervision Train kitchen staff on prep work and food plating techniques Store food products in compliance with safety practices (e.g. in refrigerators) Keep weekly and monthly cost reports Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area Requirements and skills: Proven work experience as a Kitchen Manager, Restaurant Manager or Head Chef Knowledge of Italian cuisine Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations Excellent organisational skills Conflict management abilities Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends ELIGIBILITY: In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. We are currently looking for a pizza chef to join our team at Dodici pizze with the following requirements: - Able to make Pizza, fresh dough, dough balls and work with a gas pizza oven. - Able to use professional equipment such as; blender, mandoline and meat slicer to a high standard.
