Key Responsibilities: - Handling daily customer queries and correspondence, including new business, mid-term adjustments, and renewals, and ensuring follow-up where necessary. - Driving the development and expansion of personal lines products within our existing customer base. - Engaging with new, existing, and previous clients to explore potential commercial opportunities. - Delivering exceptional customer service consistently. - Obtaining quotations using rating guides or liaising with insurers. The Package: - Salary: £25,000-£31,000 dependent on experience, plus commission. - Enjoy a signing bonus equivalent to 3 weeks' salary! Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in Insurance Account Handling. - Profound understanding of Personal Lines insurance products. - Excellent communication skills. - Ambitious with a meticulous attention to detail.
