REQUIREMENTS Proven experience as a Kitchen Assistant or a similar role in the food production industry. Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards in a production environment. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistent quality. Good communication skills to collaborate with the culinary team and interact with customers. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays. Usual schedule is Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00.
