In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our children's homes, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are provided to each child under our care. Responsibilities: Provide strong leadership and guidance to a team of caregivers and support staff. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety, well-being, and development of the children. Collaborate with external agencies, families, and other stakeholders to support the holistic needs of each child. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and interventions, making adjustments as necessary. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
