    We are a busy and growing vehicle accident repair centre looking for an experienced Panel Beater to join our team . You will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles to a high standard , ensuring all work meets manufacturer specifications and insurance requirements . Key Responsibilities : • Assess vehicle damage and carry out repairs efficiently, • Remove , repair, and replace damaged panels, • Carry out structural and cosmetic repairs, • Use appropriate tools and equipment ( welding , pulling systems, fillers ), • Prepare vehicles for paint ( filling , sanding, priming ), • Ensure all work meets safety, quality , and manufacturer standards, • Work closely with estimators, painters, and workshop team, • Maintain a clean and safe environment Requirements : • NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Vehicle Body Repair ( or equivalent ), • Proven experience working in a bodyshop or accident repair centre, • Strong knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and materials, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Good attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work Desirable ( but not essential ) • ATA Accreditation, • Welding certification, • Experience working on insurance repairs What we Offer : • Competitive salary based on experience, • Overtime opportunities, • Supportive and professional working environment, • Ongoing training and development
