Field Account Manager - you'll be a vital link between the company and its clients. The Field Account Manager will effectively manage a regional territory of Franchised and Independent Automotive Dealerships in the South East of England, achieving KPIs, growing revenue and managing customers expectations. They will effectively manage, grow & retain accounts, which includes visiting them at least twice a year to ensure; they are maximising their use of the product,utilising all of the benefits available to them, are aware of their performance, to encourage them to take additional products where possible and to retain them in the event they decide to cancel. There will be occasions where the Field Account Manager will be required to support the complaints team by discussing a customer complaint with the dealer to ensure compliance with the Consumer Rights Act and the AA Dealer Promise. There may also be occasions where they are required to collect AA point of sale from a dealership upon termination. The Field Account Manager will work with other key areas of the business ensuring all customer relationships are effectively managed, customer plans are developed minimising cancellation risks across accounts and all revenue growth/upsell opportunities are maximised. The Field Account Manager must be based with the South East region and will need strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills and the ability to evaluate dealer's needs to build productive long lasting relationships and to enable them to identify opportunities for growth. Key Requirements include: • Field experience essential • Some sales experience preferred • Retention experience an advantage • Great interpersonal skills • Ability to effectively plan own diary • Must be able to work under own initiative Salary varies between £28,000 - £30,000 + commission. Company car, phone and laptop provided.
