Keep records of tender submission prices with excel documentation Prepare and release tender packages to Sub- Contractors / suppliers Produce Project Cost Schedule and update daily to ensure profit margin is achieved Liaise with Finance Manger on agreeing payment terms / plans for Suppliers / Sub-Contractors Quotations & Orders Review, analyse and negotiate Sub-Contractor / Supplier returned quotations Work with Contracts Team to obtain best Supplier quotations Speak with Sub-Contractors / Suppliers to ensure they understand the project requirements Chase Suppliers / Sub-Contracts for their quotations Keep record of weekly / monthly sub-contract valuations Variations Liaise with Contracts team on variations to projects Price and record Variation Orders Submission of Variations to Client Submission and review of Sub-Contractor Variations Update, forecast input and analyse project cost sheets on daily basis Communication Attend weekly meetings with Project Director and Contracts Team Manager for commercial update on live Projects and update on Projects and Profit Margin.
