We have a new opportunity for a Staff Product Operations Manager who will play a pivotal role in enabling our product teams to operate with clarity, consistency, and speed. You’ll lead the design and implementation of frameworks, processes, and reporting that streamline product delivery to free up our Product Managers to focus on vision, strategy, and customer outcomes. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Product Directors, Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and Design Leads to bring structure to the chaos, insights to the data, and alignment to the process. All of this whilst ensuring that teams operate with clarity, consistency, and confidence. This is a hands-on leadership role for a proactive, detail-oriented operator; someone who thrives on getting things done. Key Responsibilities Product Planning & Coordination • Orchestrate key planning and delivery rituals across your cluster — e.g. quarterly planning, discovery syncs and product cluster rituals., • Partner with Product Directors and PMs to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans with clear milestones and ownership., • Oversee the end-to-end release lifecycle — ensuring readiness, coordination, and post-release validation across all teams and stakeholders., • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Product Marketing to enable smooth, predictable, and high-quality launches., • Ensure that incoming product ideas, feedback, and requirements from customers and internal teams are reviewed and prioritised by Clusters/PMs and managed., • Facilitate discovery workshops and sessions, alongside PMs, that accelerate problem definition, idea validation, and stakeholder alignment., • Ensure maintenance and continuous improvement of repositories of product features, user documentation, internal FAQs, and training materials., • Analyse product support and incident data to uncover trends, identify improvement opportunities, and present key findings to Cluster leadership and product teams, influencing priorities and product roadmap decisions., • Design, implement, and maintain robust reporting across intakes, lead time, cycle time, release ramp-ups, discovery metrics, slippage and other operational indicators., • Maintain and refine dashboards, metrics, and KPIs to track product reliability, user satisfaction, and operational performance., • Support PMs on key client calls, product updates/presentations, and cross-functional alignment sessions, ensuring operational clarity and follow-up., • Be the lead on and work with the Internal Product Ops group to design and roll out frameworks, templates, playbooks and best practices that elevate operational maturity across all product teams., • Identify and address inefficiencies in how product work is planned, tracked, and executed., • Lead initiatives that embed continuous improvement and learning into our product culture., • Promote operational excellence by creating repeatable systems that scale and ensuring agile principles are well-embedded within the Cluster Experience and skills required: Background and Experience: • A solid and sustained track record in product operations or product management, • A qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, Programme Management, or a related field, • Proven product and technical background with an ability to communicate effectively with engineers and technical stakeholders, • Proven track record of working with large-scale B2B SaaS products., • Deep understanding and hands-on experience of product management best practices including user research, market insights, goal setting, prioritisation, execution, and leadership., • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams, particularly under high-pressure or time-sensitive scenarios such as critical releases., • Self-starter who can identify areas of improvement, develop solutions, and drive change without needing constant direction.
