As a Biotechnologist, you’ll be at the cutting edge of innovation, contributing to the production of life-saving drug substances that have a real impact on patients’ lives. This role is perfect for someone eager to launch their career in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and gain valuable experience working within a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)-regulated environment. Key responsibilities: * Operate and control a variety of pharmaceutical equipment and processes. * Supporting customer and regulatory audits as and when requested. * Manufacture drug substances according to GMP standards. * Participate in key safety training sessions. * Apply and complete GMP documentation - right first time. * Following procedures for sampling and testing. * Actively communicate and collaborate with various functional areas to champion strong working relationships. * Engage in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and resolution to ensure perfect operations. * Ensure the safety management system is updated accordingly with events. Key requirements: * Previous experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably within a GMP environment, is highly desirable.. * An exciting in understand the use of eg. Bioreactors, chromatography columns or general pharmaceutical equipment. * Good problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve root causes and implement effective solutions. * Outstanding communication skills for effective collaboration across teams. * Ambitious approach with a dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
