Bartender - The Banc Brasserie Pay: £11.00 per hour Location: The Banc Brasserie, 188 Southbury Road, Enfield, EN1 1QZ Job Type: Part-time or full-time Shifts: Evenings and weekends Required availability: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday The Banc Brasserie is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. We are looking for someone who is confident behind the bar, enjoys creating a great guest experience, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Requirements • At least 1 year of experience as a bartender, • Good knowledge of classic cocktails, mixed drinks, spirits, wines, and beers, • Confident preparing drinks consistently and to a high standard, • Friendly, professional, and well-presented, • Strong communication and customer service skills, • Good spoken English, • Able to work under pressure and as part of a team, • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime, • Available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Responsibilities • Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, • Make classic cocktails accurately and consistently, • Recommend drinks to guests and answer questions about the bar menu, • Maintain high standards of presentation for all beverages, • Keep the bar clean, fully stocked, and organised throughout service, • Monitor stock levels and report shortages when needed, • Check customer identification where required and serve alcohol responsibly, • Deliver fast, friendly, and professional service at all times, • Work closely with floor staff and management to ensure smooth service, • Handle busy service periods calmly and efficiently Benefits • £11.00 per hour, • Free staff parking, • Friendly and professional working environment, • Monthly team outings, • Flexible part-time and full-time shifts, • Opportunities to grow within an expanding restaurant group To apply, please send your relevant bartender experience and confirm your availability for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
