Job Title: Registered Care Manager Company: Nanny Care Services Location: United Kingdom Type: Full-time Salary: £27,000 to £40,000 per annum (based on experience) Hours of Work: 40 hours per week Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Care Manager to join our team at Nanny Care Services in the UK. As a Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of our care home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents. • Develop and implement care plans for our residents, working with the care team to ensure they receive the appropriate care and support. • Manage the recruitment, training and development of care staff, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care. • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including CQC and safeguarding requirements. • Work collaboratively with external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, families, and social services to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents. • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and their families, ensuring they are involved in decisions about their care. • Monitor and manage the budget for the care home, ensuring that resources are used effectively and efficiently. Requirements: • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration and previous experience as a Care Manager. • Knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and relevant legislation. • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of care staff effectively. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, their families and external stakeholders.
