Our Kitchen Assistants/Team Members are responsible for preparing our food offering to the highest quality and standards. Their role is crucial in maintaining a smooth and efficient operation in the kitchen. Opening hours: from 10.00am to 2.00am from Monday to Sunday What you'll do at Pasta Evangelists: - Ensuring that the kitchen is set up and ready for each service with the right amount of prepared Pasta Sauces and other ingredients that ensure the right amount for quick service but does not negatively impact food costs i.e. wastage. Including preparing par levels in the pre-prepared cold delivery fridge. - Wear a full smart clean uniform to the brand standard at all times whilst on shift and protective clothing as required. - Ensure the full Pasta Evangelists Standard is adhered to, thereby ensuring our Pasta and other Products are kept to the highest possible standard for Best product quality to our customer. - To ensure that the kitchen is exceptionally clean and complies with all Health and Safety / Quality and Safety regulations. - To keep an eye on the Availability and Inform the Team leaders and wider team in advance. - Document and keep a record of information on food as appropriate to the company policy and effective date labelling and make sure stock rotation principles (FIFO) are fully adhered to. - Ensure that all par levels are maintained. - Ensure any food wastage is recorded accurately. - Utilise the SOP to maximise the quality and speed of food readiness. - For all equipment i.e. Fridges, Pasta Boiler, Ovens, Microwaves etc ensure that the right temperature records are kept and the correct procedures are followed for safe food handling. - Ensure all equipment is maintained to the SOP standard. To Ensure that all deliveries are Received & stored appropriately and storage requirements are adhered to. - Full Operating the wash-up area effectively and ensuring any equipment used is thoroughly cleaned. - Full Use correct signage whilst cleaning is taking place. - Full Ensure that all rubbish is disposed of correctly at all times, following the company waste management processes in relation to recycling and adhering to Local Authority requirements. - Reporting of any equipment defects quickly to Team leader or Area Manager. - Full Ensure that all close down kitchen procedures are followed and that the kitchen is always clean and prepared as possible for the next shift. - Full Regularly organise pest checks and report any concerns to the Team leader and higher management. We are looking for someone with passion for service to work in our bars and restaurant with good attention to details and a good team player. You will start at 6 or 7 am to start preparing our restaurant for breakfast. The Finishing time will be around 3 pm. You will be working in our busy breakfast buffet. You will be looking after the buffet to make sure it is stocked and nicely presented at all times. Overview You will already have experiences in a Credit Controller role. Working within the Finance Dept and closely with Senior Management, Purchasing and the Customer Service Teams, this role will suit a highly organised individual with multi-tasking ability who is able to work with a variety of people and work to financial timelines and objectives. Your qualities will include strong analytical and excel skills, self-starter and ability to use your initiative. Your main responsibilities are the Provision of Credit Controller Services Working alongside the Finance team members to free up their time to add value: General accounting duties including posting invoices / accounts payable / receivable Reconciling accounts and do the same for the month end for the whole debtor ledger Additional bank reconciliation / Amazon Reconciliation Credit cards reconciliation and CC payments (credit/ debits) Posting information to accounting journals or accounting software from such source documents Follow-up / debt chasing payments / monies owed (below a certain amount) Maintain complete sets of financial records / keep track of accounts, Reconciliation of accounts to ensure their accuracy The Services will also include any other tasks which the Parties may agree on Liaising with management accounts team to ensure correct reporting of sales reports, margin and costs Understanding of the CRM / financial reporting system (Khaos) and liaising with the internal support providers for specific requirements / needs Work in line with agreed KPIs, standards, policies and regulations Required skills & experience: Minimum 1-3+ years’ work experience Numerate with excellent attention to detail. Excellent data input skills.
