We’re Hiring! Pharmaceutical Procurement & Supply Chain Manager – London NW10 | £45,000–£65,000 (DOE) Fairview Health Ltd is seeking an experienced and driven Pharmaceutical Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise our procurement and supply operations across our speciality pharmacy services. This is a key leadership role responsible for supplier management, pricing strategy, stock optimisation, and regulatory compliance — ensuring our operations remain efficient, cost-effective, and fully aligned with MHRA Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards. If you have experience in hospital pharmacy procurement, NHS supply chains, or pharmaceutical purchasing, we’d love to hear from you. The Role As our Pharmaceutical Procurement & Supply Chain Manager, you’ll: • Oversee the procurement of medicines and ancillaries, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance., • Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and tendering processes across multiple sites., • Maintain and monitor MPSC contract prices, ensuring timely renewals and lifecycle updates., • Lead bulk tendering and cross-site stock optimisation initiatives., • Implement internal stock movement and stockholding strategies., • Monitor and minimise dead stock, driving procurement efficiency., • Support and coach site leads in purchasing and stock management best practices., • Gather market intelligence to inform sourcing and negotiation strategies., • Ensure all procurement activity complies with MHRA GDP and company standards., • Deliver on procurement optimisation and cost-saving targets. About You We’re looking for someone with a strong mix of strategic insight, operational discipline, and pharmaceutical expertise. You’ll ideally have: • 5+ years’ experience in procurement or supply chain management within a regulated healthcare or pharmaceutical setting., • Solid understanding of MHRA GDP and compliance frameworks., • Experience managing suppliers, tenders, and pricing negotiations., • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills., • Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability., • A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, or a related field (or equivalent experience)., • Experience in hospital pharmacy or NHS procurement (highly desirable)., • Right to work in the UK.
