The Role As the Site Officer, you'll be the face of Stef & Philips to our vulnerable tenants. From their initial check-in to our properties, through regular inspections, dealing with any issues, to their check-out once they move on, you'll provide consistent support. You'll work with colleagues to deal with maintenance issues, and with local authorities and supporting agencies such as social services and benefit providers to support the tenants. ** Main Duties & Responsibilities** - Provide a professional and friendly reception service, greeting and signing in and out all visitors to the building. - Conduct hourly patrols around the building to ensure there are no issues that need addressing. - Deal with residents queries and requests confidently, with a positive “can do” attitude and log requests or queries so that all staff are aware of issues. - Answer telephone calls in a polite and friendly manner and log all queries. - To ensure that any repairs or maintenance issues are logged and report to your manager to maintain the safety and security of the building. - Familiarise yourself with fire exit doors and assembly point. - Check the Fire panel for faults and report to your manager. - Maintain building security by following safety procedures. - Ensure Tenants are informed of their tenancy obligations. - Supporting tenants to manage and sustain their tenancies and signposting where extra support is needed. - Ensure all complaints are recorded, reported and addressed accordingly. - Ensuring periodic inspections are completed and recorded on forms and sent weekly to Allocation Team. - Support other departments with Health and Safety inspections. - Conduct check-in and check-out inspections. - Reporting any anti-social behavior, investigating causes and liaising with 3rd party agents if needed. - Assessing tenants’ suitability for properties while liaising with the allocations team. - Liaising with maintenance team in inspecting external contractor works. - Maintain a safe working environment. - Report all incidents or potential hazards. - When lone working adhere to the Service Level Guideline at all times, ensuring any concerns are raised as appropriate. - Ensure relevant policies and standards are followed at all times and maintained. - Attendance at staff briefings. - Maintain a professional attitude of service acting as a role model for all staff. - Act in a non-discriminatory, non-judgmental manner. - Respect people’s right to privacy and always maintain confidentiality. - On occasion you will be required to complete ad hoc responsibilities as authorised by your Line Manager and Leadership team. ** Skills & Knowledge** - Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and maintain appropriate professional boundaries. - Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a high-pressured environment. - Close attention to detail. - A proficiency in the use of MS Office including Outlook and Word. - Strong administrative skills. - Previous experience in a similar position. - Strong team ethic, with the proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team or independently with individuals at all levels. - Working on own initiative without close supervision and as part of a team. - Working flexibly in responding to the varying demands of the role in order to achieve agreed outcomes. To Ensure that all deliveries are Received & stored appropriately and storage requirements are adhered to. - Full Operating the wash-up area effectively and ensuring any equipment used is thoroughly cleaned. - Full Use correct signage whilst cleaning is taking place. - Full Ensure that all rubbish is disposed of correctly at all times, following the company waste management processes in relation to recycling and adhering to Local Authority requirements. - Reporting of any equipment defects quickly to Team leader or Area Manager. - Full Ensure that all close down kitchen procedures are followed and that the kitchen is always clean and prepared as possible for the next shift. - Full Regularly organise pest checks and report any concerns to the Team leader and higher management. SUMMARY OF POSITION Clays floor teams are collaborative with a group of highly skilled individuals who are heavily cross trained. Clays offer a unique experience and we therefore have a unique role and requirements, this is where our Shoot Captains come in. Our Shoot Captains are the soul of our competitive socialising experience. You will bring the experience to life for our guests. For this role, We are looking for exuberant individuals with big personalities who always bring the fun and positive energy. You will run a section of our gaming pegs and control the entire guests journey for multiple groups throughout the operation. Previous hosting experience will really help you in this role. You will be expected to introduce the game, set guests up on the system and get them started. Show them how to use our Food & Beverage kiosks and support them in food and drinks orders. As well as ensuring that they are looked after with our 12 steps of service at every stage of their experience. You will understand our bookings system and how to manage the entire bookings journey, whilst also being an expert in our food & beverage operations, ensuring service is delivered to all gaming pegs in your section. You will be a critical piece of the front of house team, always looking for opportunities to enhance the guest experience, giving hints tips and guidance, driving peoples competitive spirit and engaging them in the game. Our Shoot Captains will be able to develop a rapport with the guest throughout their entire experience and leave them with a smile on their face, knowing your name and looking forward to come back. The Role As a Cleaner at Stef & Philips, you will be an integral member of the maintenance team, working to clean the communal areas of our properties, and keeping them to an excellent standard for our tenants. You will also be responsible for cleaning our Head Office space in the morning, prior to travelling to our local properties. Main Duties & Responsibilities - Taking instructions from maintenance department regarding daily schedule of cleaning jobs - Full clean of communal areas of properties - Carpet and floor cleaning - Kitchen cleaning (cupboards/oven/ fridge/cooker/sinks) - Halls, stairs, and landing cleaning - Disposing of unwanted items and rubbish - Notifying Head Office of any repairs needed at property - Completing jobs with the set service level agreements - Reporting back to Manager with progress reports and completed jobs including pictures and videos - Prioritisation of works carried out - Any other relevant duties as requested by the company - To comply with S&P policies and to carry out any duties that may reasonably be required.
