Private Client Paralegal (Centralised Support Role) Basildon Full-time | Permanent £27,000–£30,000 Are you an experienced Private Client Paralegal looking for a varied role where you can support across multiple matters and make a real impact within a well-respected firm? We are working with a highly regarded law firm seeking a proactive and organised Paralegal to join their Private Client team in a centralised support capacity. The Role You will work closely with Partners, Solicitors, and fellow Paralegals, providing centralised support across a range of private client matters. This is a dynamic position suited to someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a busy, team-focused environment. Key responsibilities include: • Providing legal and administrative support across a range of Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney, • Supporting fee earners with file management and progression of matters, • Drafting legal documents including Wills, correspondence, and applications, • Handling correspondence with clients, third parties, and external organisations in a professional manner, • Assisting with the preparation of probate applications and estate administration, • Managing and maintaining accurate client records and documentation, • Acting as a point of contact for clients, delivering a high level of client care, • Supporting multiple fee earners across the team as required, • Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards About You We are looking for a proactive and organised individual with a genuine interest in Private Client work.
