Do you take pride in spotting mistakes, ensuring accuracy, and keeping information organised? We're looking for a Operations Support Administrator to join our clients growing team in Stirling. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-focused individual who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep a business running efficiently. Please note: This role is heavily administration-based and involves a significant amount of data entry, Excel work, document management, and information processing. It would suit someone who enjoys structured, process-driven work and gains satisfaction from maintaining accuracy and quality in everything they do. Working closely with the Warehouse, Production, Finance, and Quality teams, you'll play a key role in maintaining critical operational information, managing compliance documentation, processing invoices, and ensuring business records remain accurate and up to date. What You'll Be Doing Accurately entering and maintaining high volumes of operational data Transferring handwritten records and production information into Excel spreadsheets and internal systems Reviewing data for discrepancies, omissions, or inaccuracies Investigating and resolving inconsistencies where possible Processing supplier invoices and supporting purchase order administration Maintaining business records, databases, and operational reports Preparing customs, compliance, quality, and risk-related documentation Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and within required deadlines Liaising with multiple departments to gather and validate information Producing reports and supporting wider administrative functions Maintaining audit-ready records and documentationWhat We're Looking For This role would suit someone with previous experience in administration, coordination, business support, data processing, or a similar office-based environment. You'll ideally have: Strong Excel skills and confidence working with spreadsheets on a daily basis Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Experience handling large volumes of information and data The ability to identify and resolve discrepancies rather than simply process information Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication skills and confidence working with different departments Experience processing invoices (desirable) Experience in manufacturing, logistics, compliance, customs, or another operational environment (beneficial but not essential) This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and growing business where your work genuinely matters.
