Maxwell Marshall is a specialist recruitment consultancy helping investors, startups, and high-growth companies secure mid and senior level talent around the world. So far, we’ve placed candidates across 25+ cities and 5 continents — and we’re only just getting started! Our clients include leading global technology startups including fintechs, cleantechs, medtechs and the like, as well as private investors including private equity, venture capital, development finance and infrastructure funds. Following a record-breaking start to the year, we’re looking to expand significantly over the next 12 months, and are therefore looking to hire ambitious trainee recruiters to join our October cohort. We are looking for people who are naturally driven, resourceful, and ready to take ownership of their growth. You’ll thrive here if you’re someone who: • Is self-motivated and proactive, • Has resilience and the ability to keep going even when things don’t go as planned, • Is a strong communicator and natural relationship-builder, • Thinks on their feet and adapts quickly, • Relishes the prospect of building their own desk within a business. What we offer: • You will be part of our inaugural cohort where you will join our 6 month training programme which our MD personally leads, with the aim of turning you from a beginner to a self-sufficient recruitment consultant., • The opportunity to progress up the ladder incredibly quickly, which could include leading your own team within 2-3 years., • 09:30 start on a Monday and 16.30 finish on a Friday., • £27,000 base salary, rising to £30,000 post-probation, plus uncapped commission and regular salary increases as you rise through the ranks., • Tons of team socials, seasonal company events, and annual team holidays., • 31 days of annual leave, including public holidays.
