As we expand, we are seeking a reliable and organised Office Manager to take charge of our administrative operations and help us grow efficiently. Role Overview
As Office Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our business. You’ll ensure that administrative systems run smoothly and will be instrumental in developing effective office procedures for a growing construction firm. Key Responsibilities
Plan work schedules, assign administrative tasks, and manage office workload
Supervise administrative functions including correspondence, sales documentation, and company records
Ensure compliance with policies related to insurance, contracts, and client documentation
Coordinate activities across departments and liaise with external contacts as needed
Assist with recruitment support, HR records, and maintaining compliance documentation
Maintain an organised filing system for financial, project, and personnel records Candidate Profile
GCSEs or equivalent qualifications required; A-levels or business admin diplomas are an advantage
Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or management (construction sector preferred)
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and general office software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage tasks independently and support a small but growing team
