    In this role, you will be responsible for warmly greeting guests, managing reservations, assisting with retail sales, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all visitors. The receptionist will possess strong customer service skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a friendly personality. Experience/Knowledge: - Genuine passion for hospitality and ensuring that the teams they and work in share this. - Lots of personality and not afraid to use it! - A love for customer service and, above all else, people. - Good organizational and communication skills Personal attributes: - Positive, driven, proactive, kind, engaging and charismatic. Ideally, with a good understanding of football and a general passion for sports and hospitality. - A team player who can also work individually. - Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail roles preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members. - Excellent organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in computer skills, including reservation systems, POS systems, and basic office software. - Enthusiasm for gaming and entertainment, with a willingness to learn about our offerings and engage with guests. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. - A friendly and outgoing personality, with a passion for providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. - Willingness to adapt to various responsibilities and support the overall operation of the venue as needed. - Customer Focus
