Office Manager - Bristol/Bath Design Centre Key Responsibilities: Office Operations & Infrastructure • Play a leading role in the UK office relocation, ensuring a smooth transition., • Oversee day-to-day operations: facilities, equipment, security, waste management, and cleaning contracts., • Maintain vendor and supplier relationships to ensure quality, service, and cost efficiency., • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulations. Employee & HR Support • Support onboarding of new starters with orientation, workspace setup, and IT coordination., • Act as first point of contact for travel bookings, visas, and expenses., • Partner with global HR teams (Germany, China, US) to support communications, processes, and employee experience initiatives. Finance & Administration • Manage office-related insurance, budgets, expense processes, and vendor invoicing., • Support finance with local purchases and expenditure tracking., • Ensure expense and travel processes align with global policies. Health, Wellbeing & Culture • Create a healthy, inspiring office environment - office flow, workplace ergonomics, nutrition options, and wellbeing initiatives., • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture, supporting collaboration and creativity., • Organise local team-building activities, seasonal celebrations, and global hub connections. Qualifications & Experience • 3+ years in office or operations management, ideally in a cross-functional or international environment., • Experience managing office moves and facilities., • Knowledge of UK workplace compliance and vendor management., • Experience with finance/HR tools (SAP, Concur, Workday, or similar) a plus., • Passion for health, wellbeing, and sustainability in the workplace.
