About the Role We are looking for a motivated Planning Lawyer, to join our dynamic Commercial Property team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work on high-quality, complex planning matters within a reputable and growing firm. Responsibilities • Advise on planning matters, including applications, appeals, enforcement, and judicial reviews., • Draft and negotiate Section 106 agreements and other planning documents., • Conduct legal research and prepare reports, briefings, and advice notes., • Support senior lawyers on complex planning and environmental cases and liaise with authorities, developers, and stakeholders., • Monitor developments in planning legislation, policy, and case law. Qualifications • A qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 5+ years’ PQE in Planning and/or Environmental Law. Required skills • A strong commercial awareness and strategic judgement, able to deliver clear, pragmatic legal advice aligned with clients’ operational and commercial objectives.
