Were looking for an experienced, hard-working and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to support the Head Chef. The Role As Chef de Partie, youll work closely with our Head Chef and support him in delivering a regularly changing menu where every dish is of a high quality and showcases a range of techniques. Everything is made in house - from the mayonnaise to the bread - and you would have the great opportunity to learn from a professional that has been in the industry for over 20 years. Key Responsibilities Preparing dishes and ensuring food is served to a consistently high standard Monitoring and maintaining consistent portion and waste control to maintain set profit margins. Ensuring the kitchen is kept clean and tidy at all times in line with health and hygiene safety regulations. Undergoing any training required provided to assist in the role. About You Proven experience within hospitality (pubs or restaurants preferred). This role would be a great opportunity for a driven and passionate chef who wants to progress their career and build their gastronomic knowledge and skills in a supportive, small setting. Strong communication skills. A hands-on, energetic and proactive attitude. The ability to work under pressure during busy shifts. Great organisational and problem-solving abilities. A passion for beautiful food, excellent service and genuine hospitality. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and events as required.
