About the Role:
We are looking for an organised and experienced Sushi Chef to assist in the daily operations of our kiosk. If you have strong sushi preparation skills, adaptability, and the right experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and assemble sushi dishes with precision and attention to detail.
Ensure the highest standards of food quality, freshness, and flavour.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the sushi station, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Collaborate with other team members to develop new and innovative sushi creations.
Provide guidance and support to junior kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Confidently interact with customers, have excellent menu knowledge, and drive sales by ensuring they always leave happy with the quality of our food and customer service.
