Previous commercial experience is not required. You will be employed by Sequora, developed through the Sequora Academy, and gain practical experience supporting live project delivery within Capita's Public Sector Commercial Deals Team. Working as part of a Sequora-managed commercial capability pod, you will undertake an apprenticeship and support real bid and commercial activities while developing the skills, judgement and confidence needed for a long-term professional career. The role has been designed for individuals with strong potential rather than previous commercial experience or academic qualifications. What You Will Be Doing As part of a Sequora-managed capability pod supporting Capita's Public Sector Commercial Deals Team, you will gain hands-on experience across a range of commercial activities, including: • Bid and proposal support., • Commercial administration., • Contract and document support., • Risk and issue tracking., • Governance and reporting support., • Pricing assumption and dependency tracking., • Supplier administration., • Stakeholder and meeting coordination., • Action tracking and progress reporting., • Learning and development through live work and feedback.
