    We are looking for a reliable, organised and detail-oriented Property Inventory Clerk to join our team. The role involves visiting residential properties and producing clear, accurate and comprehensive inventory reports documenting the condition and contents of each room inside the property. Key Responsibilities • Carry out property inventories, check-ins and check-outs, using our software on your mobile device., • Produce detailed reports recording the condition, cleanliness and contents of properties., • Take clear photographs to support inventory reports., • Record meter readings and details of keys provided., • Identify and accurately document damage, defects and maintenance issues., • Compare check-out inspections against the original inventory and highlight any changes or discrepancies., • Complete and submit reports accurately and within required timescales., • Communicate professionally with landlords, tenants, letting agents and property managers., • Travel between properties throughout the working day. What We’re Looking For • Excellent attention to detail and observational skills., • Good written English and ability to produce clear, accurate reports., • Reliable, punctual and well organised., • Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule., • Confident using a smartphone, tablet and inventory software., • Professional and friendly when dealing with clients and tenants., • Previous experience in property, lettings or inventory work is beneficial but not essential, as training can be provided.
