The Position We're looking for a Restaurant Supervisor with experience supervising a small Front of House team, who is confident, proactive and a roll-your-sleeves-up kind of leader. We are a small team, so organisation skills are essential, as is the ability to train, develop and motivate. ROLE : Hospitality Assistant - Monday - Friday - 40 hours a week - £28,500 pa Requirements: Previous experience as a waiter/waitress from 5 star hotel or fine dining restaurant is a must. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A friendly and outgoing personality, with a genuine passion for customer service. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings. Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods. Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including allergies and dietary restrictions, is a plus.
