Throughout the day you must make sure to keep the entire service area clean and tidy, stopping service quickly for a minute or 2 to clean is absolutely acceptable. Cleanliness is of top priority when serving food! After service you will help your colleague to clean and pack down for the day. Reporting to the General Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following: Proactively uncover new prospects for the hotel and maximise conversion of new business. Host clients, arrange FAM trips and attend networking events, corporate travel, and industry events on behalf of the hotel to gain knowledge and new business. Support in the completion of the monthly consolidated board sales packs and the monthly commercial reviews with the Senior leadership team.
