People Management - Manage the development of all employees. - -Identify training needs and development of team. - -Use leadership to motivate staff and bring them to a high level of performance. - Hold monthly meetings with employees with records kept of any meeting. - Develop good communication between employees to help maintain team spirit. - Create a positive working environment.
