Discipleship: How to conduct an Encounter, making disciples, Growth Track, Forming Connect Groups, Training and developing leaders, understanding cross-cultural world views, Thriving in another culture, SOAP bible study method, inductive bible study method, Self-acceptance, and inner healing. iii. TL & Team: Member-care of the team, resolving conflicts, Team dynamics, sacrifice, Faith, Team management, Building a strong team culture, Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of activities, achievements, challenges, and progress made.
