What We’re Looking For: NEBOSH National General Certificate or equivalent in Occupational Safety and Health. Technical Member of IOSH with active CPD. Proven experience in health and safety, including inspections, risk assessments, and training. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to travel to various Council locations. Ability to develop and review policies in line with new legislation. Skills: Quick response to requests and timely delivery of outputs. Strong data analysis, report creation, and project support. Effective negotiation and conflict resolution with unions and stakeholders. Leadership in meetings and task delivery. Additional: Ability to work independently and supervise junior staff. Position Summary: As an Aesthetics Practitioner at Glimmer Derm, you will perform a variety of skin treatments and assist in providing expert advice to our clients. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for aesthetics and a desire to grow their skills in a supportive environment. You will work closely with senior practitioners and receive ongoing training to develop your expertise in the field. Key Responsibilities: - Perform a range of aesthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and other skin rejuvenation procedures. - Assist in consultations by gathering client information, discussing treatment options, and preparing personalised treatment plans under the guidance of senior practitioners. - Maintain accurate client records, documenting treatments and ensuring compliance with clinic protocols and industry regulations. - Provide clients with skincare advice and post-treatment care instructions to help them achieve the best possible results. - Support the preparation and cleanliness of treatment rooms, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly sanitised and ready for use. - Stay informed about the latest trends and techniques in the aesthetics industry through continuous learning and training opportunities. - Foster a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients, ensuring they have a positive and comfortable experience at Glimmer Derm. - Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth running of daily operations and the highest standards of client care.
